At SΠOILED, every piece is made to order exclusively for you. This means each product is produced on demand, not mass-produced.

Returns & Cancellations

Under European Union law, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

However, due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Size Exchanges

We understand sizing issues can happen.

We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The customer covers only the production cost of the new item

  • No additional shipping cost will be charged

Return Process

All return requests must be approved via email before sending any item back.

Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

Refunds

If your refund is approved (only for defective or incorrect items), it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
